As an international visitor in California for 2 days I got a ticket at 4.41am for being parked on the street 3 feet from parking sign that "2 Hour Parking 9am-5pm"
I love the public works staff, they always help me when I come in and they always have great attitudes. A+
If you obey the law and give them respect. they will return the same to you!
Only in Pasadena are expected to obey a parking sign from 1.4 miles away that contradicts the sign 3 feet from car, unbelievable !!!
I tried to appeal only to told that there are signs advising visitors are posted at freeway exits and at the entrance and major thoroughfares.
